Hot tub wasn’t working, management said they would send someone and no one came to assist with tub, WiFi info was incorrect and after explaining to management that the router had a different name and number standard response of staff on site says it’s working fine and didn’t even try to trouble shoot issue so we couldn’t access WiFi. Overall nice place but to hard to get to, need maintenance for amenities and we were not provided good service for the price of the location."
